Alena Dziadkova
Strategy, Product & Implementation Advisor / Fractional CTO at GLC, entrepreneur and proactive person.
I help you come up with ideas, develop your thoughts, find simple and practical solutions, and bring them to life.
At minimum, we'll meet for a consultation and discuss everything on your mind. At most, I'll help you deliver a project from start to finish — from a classic landing-card site to complex applications.
Mallorca Girls Club started the same way. The women's club on Mallorca needed a digital home so other women could easily meet, share interests, inspire each other and create something new together.

Creative soul, photographer, UGC and video creator for brands.
Photographer and content creator for a women's club in Kharkiv. I run author photoshoots on Mallorca and show the real life of the island — without tourist clichés, the way locals see it every day.
I love travel, mobile photography and creating sincere, lively content for personal brands and business. I help people loosen up in front of the camera, feel more confident and show their individuality in the frame.
I organise women's meetups — a space where every woman can open up, feel supported and find kindred-spirit friends. Working with a women's club in Kharkiv inspired me to build a free, warm community on Mallorca where you can meet others, inspire each other and feel at home — far from home, but not alone.
What inspires us
